Early Childhood Associate Apprenticeship Program

Your Butler experience will prepare you for successfully working with children. ECAAP is an apprenticeship program supported by a grant from the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services. You’ll gain reflective and guided experience in working with children and families. The goal is to raise the quality of child-care by providing college-level early childhood education to childcare workers through education stipends, salary increases and on-the-job training.
